FRAGMENTED Book Launch

Fabulous evening in the Irish Writers Centre on 24th April for the launch of FRAGMENTED with a bunch of great friends and family.
Pete gave an overview of the journey in writing the novel, and the various stages he went through as the story evolved from being about a group of university friends to a family saga involving five siblings.
That was followed by a performance of the novel's opening scene by the Leeson Park Players, where all the characters are gathered for a family meal .

The Leeson Park Players, an amateur dramatics group, bring the book to life by performing a segment of the opening chapter.
This is the only scene in which all five of the Hogan siblings appear together so it’s a good introduction to all the characters.
It’s also a very dialogue-heavy scene, so lends itself well to being spoken out.
